Catherine “Catie” Ross is an Oklahoma native coming from a sports loving family. Catie has a passion for helping others which shows by the number of charity organizations she has been a part of over the years. She has served on the Board of Directors for Relay for Life, Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma and Breast Cancer Assistance Program. She is involved with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, the MS Foundation, and The Alzheimer’s Association. Catie has also been active in the business and leadership communities over the years. She served on several committees for Executive Women International and remains an active member today on a local and national level. She also served as a member and former President of National Business Professionals of America and is currently a member of the Alumni Team. In addition to Catie’s charity and leadership work she has over 12 years of Marketing, Accounting, Management and HR experience in a variety of industries including Education, Oil & Gas and Online companies. Catie enjoys spending time with Zach and their puppy Tybolt, attending family gatherings, watching sports and spoiling her beautiful nieces Jolie, Myla and Aria.
Dave Jackson has over 20 years experience in design and implementation of information management systems for telecommunications and healthcare applications. Dave served as the chairperson of the Oklahoma department of mental health’s InfoSec team for 2 years and was a member of the Oklahoma State Cyber security task force while working for the state.
Dave has 3 teenage sons and a daughter and enjoys spending time with his kids outdoors camping and working on vintage arcade machines when not working.
James processes the data uploaded to US Healthcare Research, works with software providers to integrate smoothly, and works with our researchers to ensure continued success in our in-house call center. James believes in efficiency and the more smoothly a company runs, the more a business can grow. The more a business grows, the more it can reach, impact, and help those the company targets. James worked for a computer recycling company as an inventory specialist and helped transition them from an archaic inventory system to a modern tech system. The transition increased the productivity, storage volume, and awareness of product from receiving to the exportation of products. James is an experienced data specialist who has assisted many companies in increasing the efficiency of their business so that they are better, more compliant, and consistently growing in success.
Alania Vasquez has over 10 years of customer service and management experience. She started in the USHC in house call center and worked her way to being the call center manager. Alania received her education from OSU-OKC. She loves history, Netflix and reggae music. Two things that are close to her heart are children with mental illnesses and the Oklahoma hemophilia foundation.
Hallie started with USHC as a researcher in our call center, directly speaking with our agencies’ patients and listening carefully to their concerns. That experience allows Hallie to bring to the table a deep understanding of patient’s concerns and the direction our agencies need to go to improve and grow, working together to implement plans of action and bring in new clients that may need help spotlighting areas of concern in their organization. Hallie is a go-getter with a strong aptitude for spotting new paths to growth for USHC and found immediate success moving to the Business Development Manager. Her quick thinking not only brings in new business for our team, but also creates a major asset to her clients as they seek growth.
